The President of CREDAI-GOA, Dr Jagannath (Desh) Prabhudessai said that CREDAI-GOA spells assurance and clarity,is making rapid & sustained Progress. It represents the predominant interests of Real Estate Developers of Goa..
He said CREDAI-GOA the Builder fraternity who lead Housing Industry contribute immensely to the economy in generation of income through taxes levied particularly Infrastructure Tax and employment to a large number of people.
The Main issues elaborated by the President were on Infrastructure Tax, request for Simplifying the Mutation Procedure, Renewal of Sanad, and other issues.
Dr Prabhudessai, has requested the State Government for support and an early redress to the issues mentioned as the Housing Industry is going through a recession.
The statement was made at the function held to felicitate the Chief Town Planner Dr. S.T.Puttaraju. The Annual General Meeting of CREDAI Goa was also conducted on the same day.
